incarcerated Dancehall entertainer Vybz Kartel is finally Free From Prison!
Vybz Kartel is currrently a free man of his previous charges that was laid against him. The ‘Romping Shop’ deejay is now free to walk out of prison and rejoin society once more.
It is said that instead a retrial, Adidjah Palmer, better known as Vybz Kartel, and his co-accused has been freed, this to better facilitate his urgent medical conditions that has been plaguing him behind bars.
Justice Marva McDonald-Bishop along with Paulette Williams and David Fraser, announced the decision on today (wed 31,2014).
“Having regard to all considerations the court has taken into account, we conclude that the interest of justice do not require a new trial to be ordered for the appellants, and we therefore make the following order: judgments and verdicts of acquittal are entered in relation to the appellants,” a summary of the decision read.
It has been reported that that ‘Dancehall Hero‘ deejay has heart complications due to Graves disease, which is rapidly deteriorating while he is behind bars.
