Dancehall artist Popcaan has been taking his health very seriously, the Unruly hit maker has made it his duty to exercise and do work out routine at his home.
Popcaan understands the concept of Health is Wealth and the longest liver will always tell it. In a few videos on Instagram the ‘Great is He’ deejay has been updating his fas with his work out routines while at his home in Jamaica.
Popcaan in a number of these video can be seen with his trainer/coach Bling Dawg, also a dancehall artiste who has taken on a fitness Journey. Popcaan is also seen working out with other close friends in the music industry as well.

In recent times popcaan has been the target of the Jamaican Police force, His Unruly Fest Stage show was swarmed by officers who decided it was time for the show to end due to political reasons, following that incident he was also taken off stage early by the police once more at Protoje’s Lost in Time Festival, held in Kingston Jamaica.
His most recent running with the cops was in the streets of Kingston where he and a few of his friends we out enjoying the night’s festivities while pulling off a few stunts on their bikes. A viral video was sighted making rounds on social media.
In the video, Popcaan, wearing yellow and riding a three-wheeled bike, intervened when a police officer attempted to discipline another biker. The officer then confronts Popcaan, leading to a scuffle between the to, however member of Popcaan team intervened to try and separate them. The other bikers flee, leaving Popcaan among a noisy crowd of supporters and police officers in the chaotic scene.
Popcaan has been busy with a lot of projects, the deejay has been involved in a number of cleaning up activities in his home parish of St. Thomas, clearing a few blocked up drains that we in need of some attention. On the music front, Poppy has been working on a new body of work for his highly anticipating Unruly fans.
Popcaan and Shane O also teamed up on a recent collaboration titled Mad Head, the video was released two weeks ago and has already raked in over 3ook views
